Shipments and returns

Items that are picked up at NBYA events....

Some merchandise sold is associated with regattas and social events.  This is usually picked up at the event.  There may be some items that are offered for sale and shipped to you.

For items that are shipped....

Packages are generally shipped within 5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via US Postal Service with delivery and drop-off without signature. This assumes the items are in stock, and since we really aren't a store, most items offered are custom ordered.  We'll communicate the expected shipment time for orders.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your packages will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
